Property caretaking and maintenance

A property must remain in excellent condition to attract tenants. We coordinate cleaning, repairs, and regular maintenance (pool, garden, air conditioning) to preserve the value of your property and ensure its longevity. Our local presence allows us to understand the region’s specifics and rely on a network of trusted professional service providers for quality repairs and services.

We take care of your property before, during, and after each stay.
In your absence during the rental period, we ensure regular maintenance and inspections of your property.
At the end of the season, a thorough inspection is carried out, and we provide you with a detailed report including, if necessary, recommendations for improvements or suggested restoration work.
Before the start of the season, we prepare your holiday home in collaboration with you.
We also manage any restoration work: repairs or interventions in the property and its annexes, end-of-season inventory, laundry, etc. These services will be billed separately.
